20th Place Project

Cassadyne Properties proposes to build a 5-story, 50-unit market-rate apartment building on the west side of 20th Street between F Street and Eggplant Alley.  The existing warehouse between the alley and E Street would be remodeled to accommodate 31 secure parking spaces for apartment dwellers.  The proposed project is larger than allowed under the current General Plan designation for this site; the developer proposes to claim “community benefit” to justify the exceedance.  Details are available on the City’s Development Tracker website at  under “Attachments."
